Our Approach

We follow a Phased Delivery process, projects typically move from site analysis and conceptual sketches to detailed 3D modeling to construction documents and site coordination. Our approach ensures that once a project vision and design brief has been agreed, we can focus on delivering on time and on budget.

02. Concept & Spatial design

With a clear brief in place, we begin shaping the layout and overall flow of your space. We develop layout plans and 3D visuals to help you clearly see how everything will function and connect.

At this stage, we also introduce the creative vision through look-and-feel mood boards, giving you a sense of the atmosphere, materials, and style we’re envisioning. Your input and feedback is a vital part of the process, we refine the ideas together, and once the layout and direction feel right, we move forward.

03. Detail design & specification

With the layout and vision defined, we focus on the specifics, designing and specifying all the elements that will deliver your unique interiors.

This includes:

  • Finishes, materials & colour schemes

  • Lighting layout plans & electrical layouts

  • Bespoke joinery & fitted furniture

  • Furnishings, fixtures & equipment

At the end of this stage, our clients have a fully developed design complete with 3D visuals and carefully considered furnishing selections, ready for tender and accurate costing. You’ll be able to clearly see how your space will look and feel, and get a solid understanding of the investment involved.

04. Tender & Procurement

Following sign off of all details, we take the design package and contact our trusted suppliers and tradespeople to get current costs for all the elements in your design.

Our goal is to make the process smooth and well-managed, by simplifying the ordering, sourcing, and delivery for your interior elements.

05. Project management

Now, the transformation begins.  Depending on the scope of your project:

  • If we are managing the trades, we oversee every detail, ensuring the work is completed to the highest standard.

  • If a contractor is managing the build, we remain involved, carrying out site visits to ensure the design is being implemented exactly as planned.

Once the site work is completed, we return to check the install of your furnishings & decor, ensuring everything aligns with the design vision.

01. Initial consultation

This is where we really take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle or brand, and how you want your space to feel and function. Together, we shape and refine the brief, define the scope, and set clear expectations, so every step that follows feels thoughtful, aligned, and purposeful.
